1. Eligibility for Return
Returns are accepted only if:
- Wrong product sent
- Defective or damaged item received

Note:
Items like designer wear, abayas, premium collection, and discounted products may be non-returnable.
2. Conditions
Item must be:
- Unused
- Unwashed
- Original tags attached
- Returned within 3–5 days of delivery
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Customized, altered, or tailored outfits
- Final sale / clearance products
- Accessories (if hygiene-related)
4. Exchanges
- Exchange is possible for size only (subject to availability).
- Customer must share unboxing video/photo as proof in case of damage.
5. Refund Process
- Refund will be issued after product inspection.
- Timeline: 5–10 business days.
- Mode: original payment method or store credit.
6. Return Shipping
- For damaged/wrong items: Velvet Aura bears the shipping charge.
- For size exchanges or other reasons: customer bears courier charges.
